TERMS OF SALE RETURNS Items from online or in-store warehouse sales, and vintage items are sold in “as-is” condition with all sales final and no returns. Floor items and vintage items will show imperfections consistent with their age. Buyer should assume no restoration work has been performed by Linda’s Designers Group unless it is stated in item description or an agreement has been made for specific refinishing services. Listed pricing for any item purchased online or at location DOES NOT INCLUDE shipping, packaging, or refinishing costs unless expressly noted.
Outside conditions beyond the control of Linda’s Designers Group can affect the life expectancy of any item sold. We neither assume nor offer any warranty on Linda’s Designers Group-label, vintage, or refinished/reupholstered items after they are shipped or picked up at Lost…again Antiques & Décor’s premises.
SHIPPING GENERAL GUIDELINES It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect upon delivery, and to refuse receipt of any items not in satisfactory condition. If using a third-party receiver, clients acknowledge the receiving party takes full responsibility for the condition of pieces at the point of delivery if no defects are documented directly with the carrier. On request, customers may also coordinate their own shipping directly with the carrier of their choice by making all arrangements for pick-up and packaging requirements. Carriers arranged by customers are responsible for item condition at the point of pick-up.
HOME DECOR AND PERSONAL STYLE SALES Most Home Décor and all Personal Style items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or DHL. Shipments are tracked, insured and should arrive within 3-5 business days (for domestic destinations). International customers should contact us first for International Mail pricing.
Some large and/or heavy Home Décor items will ship through our freight service and can be delivered directly to your home or warehouse. See information under Furniture re freight shipping services.
FURNITURE SALES For our Interior Designer customers, we are happy to work with your preferred shipping service. If you will contact them directly, they can coordinate logistics through Dianna Robbins at (469) 682-6286. Or we will gladly provide a competitive shipping quote (with insurance) from our preferred shipper. Quotes can be requested by contacting Dianna at the above number. Phone calls and texts are welcome. You may also message her thru our Facebook page or use the Contact form on this website. If you need shipping charges on the same invoice as the purchased item, please contact Dianna before purchasing, otherwise, the shipping will be on a separate invoice. White Glove, Curbside and Warehouse Delivery available. Timeline for delivery will depend on the purchased item and location of delivery. Timeline will be provided with the shipping quote.
SHOPPERS CAN ARRANGE THEIR OWN SHIPPING SOLUTIONS. Message us using the Contact form or by texting Dianna at 469-682-6286 after purchasing so we can coordinate pick up with your freight provider.
LOCAL PICK-UP You will receive an email when your purchase is ready for pick up. Most items will be ready within 72 hours. ALL PICK UPS MUST BE COORDINATED FIRST WITH Linda's Designers Group BEFORE ARRIVING AT Lost...again Antiques & Décor TO ENSURE WAREHOUSE STAFF IS AVAILABLE ON DAY OF PICK UP. 48 hour advance notice is preferred. Customer pick-ups for all sales must be made at Lost...again Antiques & Décor’s design district location at 148 Riveredge Dr., Dallas, Texas 75207 (214-741-4411). Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday 11:00 A.M.- 4:00 P.M. Please check in at the front desk to pick up carry out items or to receive instructions on proceeding to the loading dock.
Purchased items left at Lost...again Antiques & Décor over 10 business days without a prior arrangement will be assessed a daily storage fee of $10 per item per day, billable upon pick-up. Items left over 30 calendar days become the property of Linda’s Designers Group with no credits or refunds.
SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE All sales are subject to acceptance by Linda’s Designers Group at its SOLE DISCRETION.
GENERAL This website is wholly owned by Linda’s Designers Group. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “it”, or “it’s” refer to Linda’s Designers Group. Please read ALL the terms herein that are used to govern our site. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use this site in any way. Linda’s Designers Group reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree to and abide by these changes accordingly. ENTIRE AGREEMENT Acceptances of sales is based on the express condition that Buyer agrees to all the terms and conditions contained herein and, in any material, or price lists provided to Buyer by Linda’s Designers Group include, but are not limited to statements or information contained on this website. These terms and conditions represent the complete agreement of the parties, and no terms or conditions in any way adding to, modifying, or otherwise changing the provisions stated herein shall be binding upon Linda’s Designers Group unless made in writing and signed and approved by an authorized representative. No modification of any of these terms will be affected by Linda’s Designers Group shipment of goods following receipt of Buyer’s purchase order, shipping request, or similar forms containing printed terms and conditions conflicting or inconsistent with the terms herein.
PRICES AND TERMS Orders of all items require payment in full. All accounts shall be paid upon receipt when invoiced. Orders must be paid in full, including STORAGE, taxes, freight, shipping charges and service charges prior to shipping. Acceptance of Checks for payment is at the SOLE DISCRETION OF Linda’s Designers Group. All such decisions are final and without recourse, and must be finalized before any merchandise, hold, or sale. Any payment by check approved by Linda’s Designers Group shall be made payable to Linda’s Designers Group. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. We also accept payment through Square and PayPal.
TAXES All taxes of any type or kind, without exception whatsoever, presently or hereafter levied by any governmental authority, whether federal, state or local, and whether directly or indirectly, on the sale or transportation of any goods covered hereby shall be paid and borne by Buyer. For Dealers: A Texas sales tax resale certificate form will be provided and must be completed and returned to process any sale or transaction of Linda’s Designers Group.
SEVERABILITY If any one or more of these terms or conditions is held invalid, prohibited, or unenforceable, such provision or provisions shall be severed, and the remaining terms and conditions shall remain binding and effective.
PRODUCTS The products featured on lindasdesignersgroup.com have been represented to the best of our ability through photography, statements of dimensions, or any other descriptions that have been provided.
USER SUBMISSIONS ALL User comments through the website or social media pages maintained by Linda’s Designers Group are the sole and exclusive property of Linda’s Designers Group. If an image or comment is posted on, by, or through ANY social media website, including, but not limited to any image accompanied by a hashtag, referencing Linda’s Designers Group, you hereby grant Linda’s Designers Group a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and fully licensed without additional consideration to you or any third party, to store, reproduce, distribute, perform, and display (publicly or otherwise), create derivative works of, adapt, modify, or otherwise use and exploit such photos, in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, in connection with Linda’s Designers Group business or promotions.
INDEMNITY & HOLD HARMLESS By using this site, you agree to indemnify and hold Linda’s Designers Group, and its employees, agents, representatives, and owners HARMLESS from any claim or demand, as well as losses, expenses, damages, and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms of service, or any activity related to your account (INCLUDING NEGLIGENT, GROSSLY NEGLIGENT, OR WILLFUL CONDUCT).
